Frontline Villa on Mallorca
Many people who are looking for a holiday home or permanent residence on Mallorca want to have the sea right in front of the door, and be able to reach it within a short walking distance. Almost always a beautiful view of the sea is desired. Often the villa should even be in the first sea line, because these prospective buyers want to be able to “hear, smell, breathe and feel the sea”. The most sought after properties are the one´s with direct access to the sea! Our sales team at Minkner & Bonitz cannot always fulfill this wish for everyone, due to the fact that the amount of villas and apartments located in 1st sea line are scarce… hence there are a limited amount of first line properties available and these are of course not cheap!!
The prices for villas in first sea line are 25 % – 30 % higher than the prices of properties located a few minutes car journey away from the sea.
