Port AndratxHarbor, Ocean, & Panorama – 3-Bedroom Apartment on the Waterfront with Great Potential

This apartment, which is in need of renovation, impresses with its prime location right on the water. Nestled within a small apartment complex that blends stylishly into the rocky coastline of Port d’Andratx, it sits on the first line of the water on the sunny south side of the harbor.

The approximately 15 m² private sun terrace offers fantastic views of the harbor and the sea and gives the property its unique character. Unfurnished and with plenty of potential for personalization, the apartment provides the ideal foundation for creating a home tailored entirely to your own vision.

The bright, light-filled living area with an open kitchen opens directly onto the terrace, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces in a Mediterranean style. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms—one of which is en suite—provide ample space for family and guests. A separate storage room (approx. 20 m²) and a parking space round out the offering.

The well-maintained residence features a terraced lot with direct access to the sea (ideal for water sports enthusiasts), a spacious communal sun terrace, and a swimming pool with a separate children’s pool—perfect conditions for relaxing days under the Mallorcan sun.

The proximity to the renowned marina of Port d’Andratx, exclusive restaurants and boutiques, and the golf course in Camp de Mar underscores the exceptional quality of this location. Palma and the international airport are approximately 30–35 minutes away.

A rare opportunity in one of Port d’Andratx’s most sought-after locations: a real estate gem with spectacular harbor and panoramic views and plenty of potential to create your own seaside retreat.
