Dinosaurland – 40 species of dinosaurs shake their tusks

Mallorca has another dinosaur park. Opened in time for the 2022 tourist season, the park is located next to the Porto Cristo Caves (Coves dels Hams). The 12,000m² site features more than 100 life-size dinosaurs that bear a striking resemblance to the animals that lived 245 million years ago. The animal sculptures can also be moved by sensors, so don’t be surprised if a T-Rex suddenly wiggles its rear end and makes a noise. The park is well signposted. Large explanatory panels provide information in four languages (Spanish, Catalan, English and German). There are fun activities for children to immerse themselves in the world of dinosaurs. There is a café and a restaurant where you can take a break. Allow 1 ½ to 2 hours for the visit.

Admission is €17 for adults and €11 for children. Discounts available for online bookings. You can also combine your visit with a tour of the 500-metre-long Hams Dripstone Caves. The combined ticket costs €24 for adults and €18 for children. Visits are between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm daily. There are free car parks with picnic areas. For more information, visit the Dinopark website.
